Terms of Service
MedicalLicensingSolution.com requires payment of its service fee in advance. By submitting an order request, you authorize MedicalLicensingSolution.com to charge the applicable service fee.
MedicalLicensingSolution.com does not accept applications from healthcare provider who are currently subject to suspension or revocation orders. We recommend that such applicants seek assistance from an alternative licensing service, as the likelihood of approval in these cases is extremely low.
MedicalLicensingSolution.com does accept applications from healthcare provider with a prior history of suspension or revocation, provided they currently hold an active medical license in good standing and have no pending disciplinary actions against their state medical license. Due to the increased complexity of these cases, a higher service fee applies. Please contact your agent for extra charges.
The prices listed on MedicalLicensingSolution.com represent service fees only. These fees are separate from, and in addition to, any fees charged by state medical boards, credentialing organizations, or third-party agencies. All costs typically associated with the licensing process remain the responsibility of the physician. State medical board application fees generally average $650 or more, while license verification fees commonly average $175 or more.
All fees charged by state medical boards, educational institutions, credential verification agencies, courts, translation services, shipping providers, and other third parties are the sole responsibility of the healthcare provider.
Refund Policy
– A 100% refund is available until the licensure packet has been delivered to the physician.
– A 50% refund is available after delivery of the licensure packet, provided the cancellation request is submitted within 30 days of receipt.
– No refunds will be issued after 30 days from delivery.
– To qualify for a 50% refund after delivery, the completed licensure packet must be returned to MedicalLicensingSolution.com for secure destruction.
– If a client elects to cancel a state application prior to returning the packet and prefers to retain funds as account credit, 100% of the service fee may be applied toward a future state licensing application.
– Once the completed application packet has been returned to MedicalLicensingSolution.com and submitted
to the applicable Medical Board, no refund will be issued, regardless of the amount of work completed or processing time involved.
– Clients requesting refunds after the application packet has been shipped may no longer be eligible to use MedicalLicensingSolution.com for future licensing services unless a written waiver is granted by management.
MedicalLicensingSolution.com reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization.
MedicalLicensingSolution.com also reserves the right to terminate its professional relationship with any healthcare provider whose conduct or the conduct of their representatives or staff is abusive, hostile, argumentative, disrespectful, threatening, or otherwise unprofessional toward MedicalLicensingSolution.com staff, State Medical Board personnel, FCVS representatives, or other affiliated organizations. All clients are expected to maintain professional, courteous, and respectful conduct throughout the licensing process.
MedicalLicensingSolution.com further reserves the right to terminate services if a healthcare provider fails to comply with licensing procedures, documentation requirements, or instructions provided during the application process.
MedicalLicensingSolution.com does not guarantee the issuance of any medical license, nor does it guarantee specific processing timelines or approval dates. All licensing determinations are made solely by the respective State Medical Boards. Physicians are responsible for ensuring their applications remain current and do not expire.
MedicalLicensingSolution.com does not pre-qualify applicants for eligibility with any State Medical Board. Each healthcare provider is solely responsible for determining whether they meet the licensing requirements of the state(s) in which they intend to apply.

We are unable to advise physicians on how to respond to “Yes/No” disclosure questions on Medical Board applications. Requests for guidance in answering such questions are not permitted based on legal counsel. Our staff may only provide information regarding supporting documentation typically required by a Medical Board after an applicant has responded to a disclosure question in accordance with that Board’s published instructions.
If MedicalLicensingSolution.com advances payment to a Medical Board or third-party organization on behalf of a client and is later reimbursed, an additional 3% processing fee will be applied to cover merchant and banking transaction costs associated with the credit card payment.

Licensing Approval Disclaimer
Medical Licensing Organization provides professional medical licensing and DEA registration support services; however, we do not guarantee license approval. Final approval decisions are made solely by State Medical Boards, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and other regulatory authorities. While we apply industry expertise, compliance review, and quality control measures to reduce errors and delays, approval is ultimately subject to each board’s independent evaluation, eligibility requirements, background review, and regulatory standards.
Regulatory & Verification Fees
Our administrative service fees cover the preparation, processing, document review, and submission management of medical license and DEA registration applications. State board fees, DEA registration fees, fingerprinting charges, background checks, credential verification costs, primary source documentation fees, medical school transcript fees, and postgraduate training verification fees are separate regulatory expenses.
